Clinical Utility: Lupus Anticoagulant Screen is utilized to detect Lupus Anticoagulants and to evaluate patients who have unexplained prolonged APTT test results. Patients with Lupus Anticoagulants are at increased risk of clinical complications such as thrombosis and recurrent miscarriages.
Unacceptable Conditions: Clotted, hemolyzed and/or turbid samples
