Endocervix, Male Uretha, Vaginal GenProbe Unisex Swab, Specimen Collection Kit 1 swab Follow directions on collection kit. Do not puncture foil cap. Discard the large white cleaning swab. Submit only the small blue swab in the transport tube. Ship specimen transport tubes singularly in a biohazard specimen bag. Contact with other specimens must be avoided. 2-30 degrees C for up to 60 days
Urine GenProbe Urine Specimen Collection Kit 2 mL Patient should not void for one hour prior to collection. Collect 20-30 mL of first void sample in a urine collection cup. Follow instructions on transport kit. Fill between lines on the collection kit. Do not over- or underfill tube. Ship specimen transport tubes singularly in a biohazard specimen bag. Contact with other specimens must be avoided. 2-30 degrees C for up to 30 days
